If we fail to adapt, we fail to move forward.
John Wooden
Logging rucking miles and steps (stairs) climbed is not something done easily for most of us. My legs were not prepared, I know that much.
SO what do we do when we take on something that is bigger or harder than we expected it to be?
We adapt.
We add in rest days (or at least reduced work days). We take cold baths. We get a massage. We harden our mind to overcome that voice that says to quit.
We adapt, and we move forward toward the summit.
Here are the Day 12 results of the Everest in May challenge!
Miles rucked On Day 12: 22.75 miles.
