April’s challenge starts tomorrow. Here are the details:
Record all daily steps. Runs, walks, trips to the fridge. If you drive a lot, be on the honor system, and make sure that your measurement device is accurate. Record this data and share each day. 400K Steps is the goal, from April 5 through April 29th.
ADDITIONALLY….you will also be required to do one set of exercise per day. Something to make you stronger. To prepare you for May when the REALLY fun stuff comes along. I suggest you aim for something that will make you harder to kill. Cardiovascular improvement, strength gains, martial arts, etc. Post about what you did when you share your steps. You get 5000 steps credit for every exercise session you do (max. 1 per day). It will be on the honor system, but photos and videos are even cooler.
So, in summary:
1. Record your total daily steps. Share each day, where possible.
2. Do something that qualifies as difficult exercise. Share what it was with your steps post, for the extra credit. Photos and videos encouraged, not required.
